Mr. Boyland is certified by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) as both an evaluator and candidate trainer in post-disaster building safety assessment. Tim has been actively training other design professionals and municipal code officials in New York State and elsewhere in the U.S. to perform such assessments (on behalf of their local municipalities) as an extension of his commitment to greater disaster preparedness.
